Return Policy

Our return policy covers a 30 day period from the date of purchase. After 30 days from your date of purchase, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.  In order to be eligible for a return/exchange, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition upon receipt. The item(s)must also be in the original packaging as received. A return/refund can only be completed with a copy of the receipt and/or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs.

Once your return item(s) are received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. This will include if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, Processing time may take a few days depending on your financial institution
Sales items are final. Refunds will not be provided.

When you are shipping an item(s) over $40, using a tracking service or purchase shipping insurance is recommended but not covered by Fine Details North. We do not cover or guarantee returning items.
All warranty and repairs are covered by the manufacturer, review their policy and follow accordingly. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty purposes.
Winter seasons (Temperature of 5 degree C and below or from October to February)
Due to the harsh winter season, certain chemical items cannot be shipped out between November to February. Customers ordering items that cannot be shipped due to this reason will be contacted with two options.
1) A refund for the items requested 2) process the order and ship the items in March
Chemical Items purchased during the winter season CANNOT be refunded/exchanged due to the risk of improper storage after purchase.
